Be A Volunteer
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Meals on Wheels Spokane and Mid-City Concerns Senior Center. Without all of our amazing volunteers, our programs would not exist. We appreciate your support of seniors in our community!

The primary goal of our program is to deliver meals to our homebound elderly and disabled clients (60 and over) to maintain a sense of independence and dignity while remaining in their own homes longer. Volunteers provide the warm and loving contact that our seniors need. Without all of our amazing volunteers, our program would not exist. Thank you for your help in supporting seniors in our community! The delivery of meals is accomplished by a core of 450 volunteers from the
Spokane community. Many are scheduled from local churches and businesses. They not only volunteer their time, but also donate their vehicles and gas costs.
We are always looking for volunteers! If you would be available to assist us, you can learn more about our requirements and apply below. Once your application is approved, we will contact you to schedule a short orientation.
In addition to meal delivery, we have other volunteer opportunities suitable for individuals, families (children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult) or groups. Please note that certain age requirements may apply for some volunteer opportunities.
